The backstory: Will was so confident that either Jericho or MVP would win Money in the Bank at Wretslemania, he bet that if neither won, he would sing the song "Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer live on air in full. Lo and behold, not only did both lose, but a man Will has a serious distatse for in CM Punk won the match.
