Now, i went back and listened to all 30 episodes of inside my head for november of last year, now i enjoyed listening to how jen moved up on her podcast and i enjoyed it i chat with jen on aim a few times and its always fun so check out www.jen.phantompower.org and take a listen, i really liked the song at the end ;)

i made a website for podcasters and podcast listeners http://yourcast.ning.com/ on this site, you sign up for a profile and you upload eactch episode onto the music player and then who ever come to the site can listen to it and interact with other podcasters, and you also can do what ever so sign up
